Her name is Patricia Diana Stevens she was born in Jamaica Queens New York in 1966 to a wonderful mother and father. She moved to Minneapolis were she met her soulmate James Block who she affectionately called Jimmy. They married and raised 4 great children together. She loved her family, her job, cooking for her family, and having sleepovers with her grandchildren. Her smile was so bright that it would light up the room. She was strong, smart, beautiful and many called her a diva. We all miss her so much! The memories are what keeps us going on; we can still feel her energy. I know that she would be so proud to have helped someone because that is what she was about. Rest in peace my sweet Diane, we will forever love you.
