Matt was a strong and steady light, even when life could be dark. He was constantly smiling, laughing, watching sports with his dad, and enjoyed spending time with his children. He was absolutely the most loving and family oriented person one would be honored to know.

Matt was happiest in the company of his children and his family. With a strong bond between them, his family time was extremely treasured and important. However, nothing was as important to him as spending time with his children, and he was a fantastic father who loved his children more than anything.

Matt was a registered donor on his drivers license, but his family was very much aware that he wished to be able to help others in any way possible if he was unable to carry on in this life. His absolute selflessness in this donation is a true reflection of how generous and loving a person he was when we were blessed to have him here.
