One donor's story: John Campbell
My husband, John, read and studied maps for many years. He could find any river or city in the world plus identify satellite images of the earth. He suffered from poor health for many years, but that did not stop him from learning. His body gave out 2/5/14 and he passed away.
He was always learning about birds, nature trails, mountains, or rocks. Plus playing the piano and listening to music.
When John passed away, I was called by the eye bank and agreed to donate his eyes. John always wanted to help others.
