I worked as a nurse for 30+ years, I am semi retired. I joined the 70s club last June, 13 days before I donated my kidney.

Spending time with my family and friends, enjoying life to the fullest, and being grateful are important to me.

I became a donor for my nephew Mike on June 27th, 2023 after I was tested and was found to be a perfect match. Mike had been on home dialysis for a year and I wanted to do what I could to give him a chance for a better life. I have never regretted my decision and am so grateful I was able to be his donor.
