She was a gracious and happy lady who was loved by family, many friends and her music students and colleagues.  Although humble, her competency as a professor of music, music critic and performer gave her a glow that was contagious.

Her family and profession were always her overriding concerns, but she loved challenges presented by everyday social and professional problems.  She loved traveling throughout North America and Europe.

As her husband we discussed organ donation several times and were both registered donors on our driver’s licenses.
