One donor's story: Abe Francois
Abe as a bright young boy whom God loaned to me for 17 years. He enjoyed lacrosse, soccer, skateboarding, biking, photography, fishing, a talented musician, and had reached first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Abe completed his elementary school at Poplar Bridge and middle school at Olson Middle School in Bloomington. He attended Jefferson Senior High School and completed his 11th grade. He was taking post secondary classes at Normandale Community College with dreams to attend University of Southern California or Stanford. Abe will be remembered as a kind gentleman, with a great sense of humor with a global outlook in life. His unwavering faith in Jesus Christ sustained him until the Lord took him home. Abe was a giver (donor) and the family has honored his wishes so others may receive the gift of life.
“For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.” 2 Corinthians 5:1
Abe was a very generous (giver), considered and always thankful of everything.
He was a registered donor.
